From giggling to the confused “what’s going on?” look, sweet Natalya’s personality shown through, even at the age of only 3 months. So sweet, so innocent, so curious…these are just a few of the characteristics I love of babies. As a Newborn and Family Photographer, I often only get to see these sweet little people, right after they’re born, then not again until they are a year old. I’m so privileged to have been hired by Natalya’s parents to capture each month of her first year. I am so incredibly excited to be apart of a child’s many milestones, during the precious year. There are so many first’s….first crawl, first time they sit up by themselves, first holidays and of course the first time they walk. Their personalities begin to blossom, as they start to form into the person they will become.

This 1st session was dedicated to celebrating her first Valentine’s Day. Her eyes were lit with adoration for her very first Valentine…her daddy. She just couldn’t stop smiling for him. For years to come, through the good times and the bad, this angelic child can look back on this photo and think, ‘what a happy baby I was’.

I am so blessed to be a part of the lives of so many young children. This little girl, will receive a unique mini-session each month. I can’t wait to get my creative juices flowing as winter, turns to spring, and spring to summer, all the way up until she turns 1 year old in November. Follow along, as I take you through each of these 10 sessions throughout 2018. I hope to do more of these style sessions, as they make for beautiful visual stories. I hope to see all of you right back here next month to celebrate Natalya and her first Easter!
